Guarantees and Deposits
An initial 25% deposit is required to secure your date. To deliver a successful event, Conrad Indianapolis requests that you provide us with a final confirmation (guarantee of the number of individuals attending your event) by noon on Tuesday prior to your celebration with final payment. Should the final guarantee not be received by this time, the contracted number of guests will be the basis for the billing charges.
Beautiful indoor space is available for couples wishing to hold their ceremony at the Conrad in addition to their reception. This includes setup for the ceremony, rehearsal space the night prior to the wedding and two changing rooms for the bridal parties during the day of the wedding from 8:00 am – throughout the duration of your celebration.
Both event and overnight valet parking is available. Your wedding specialist can quote current rates. Overnight parking includes in and out privileges (all taxes included). Self-parking is available at both the Circle Centre and Claypool Garages.
Discounts for “Off-Peak Dates”
We are happy to customize a menu that fits your budget. In addition, special minimum pricing and rentals are available for Fridays and Sundays as well as January – March.
Food and Beverage Minimums and Service Charges
The food and beverage minimum includes any food, beverage and bar services for the day of the event. This may also include vendor meals, food/beverage while getting ready, late-night snacks and more! The service charge at Conrad Indianapolis is currently 24%. This charge is added to the total food and beverage purchased for the event. The service charge includes, but is not limited to, gratuity for the servers, bartenders and setup/tear-down team. Service charge and tax are not a part of the food and beverage minimum.
